I had a unit in San Francisco that had a long term tenant that just moved out and I had to do a number of repairs before I could rent the unit again. Axa took care of refinishing of hardwood floors, repainting of the unit, installation of new appliances, repairs to the kitchen cabinets, replacement of all fixtures, replaced of old fans in the bathroom for new fans, updated all electrical outlets and etc. Basically they took care of all the repairs needed.
